Where We Do It
The Practice is recognised as being almost
visionary in pioneering in identifying emerging sectors
of the property market. In the late 1970s it assisted clients
in setting up in the region of 25 serviced/furnished office
centres. In 1982 the Practice moved to Smithfield and was
very active in the many office developments that took place
during that period which involved some 30 schemes in the
Smithfield/Clerkenwell area and became recognised as one
of the most active agency firms dealing with property in
the area.
In
recent years the practice has been acknowleged as one of
the first to promote the conversion of commercial/industrial
buildings to residential use and the trend of Inner City
living. Whilst many developers have been located in the
"City Fringe" areas the Practice has been involved
in many otherslocated within the environs of Central and
Greater London and beyond.
Because
of its strong development background the Practice has been
involved in the aquisition and disposal of several million
sqaure feet both for commercial use and residential occupation.
