For many Clients, the Practice acts on a sole basis handling all aspects of their property holdings. In some cases it is a very active day to day role or, in ohter cases, Ian Lerner & Co maintains a watching brief in order to advise Clients on the best utilisation of their property interest. In many cases the Practice acts in a "troubleshooting" capacity, identifying problems and advising Clients on how these can be resolved.

Ian Lerner & Co is able to offer services on a par with the best in the property field whilst still retaining the personal involvement with Clients which larger practices are unable to offer.
